1. License Grant

TipsAlert Community Edition is provided free of charge. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use TipsAlert for personal or professional streaming purposes.

2. Usage Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
• Distribute the software to third parties without authorization.
• Use the software for any illegal financial activities.
• Modify the software to bypass licensing or local security.

3. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to community support or future updates if these terms are violated. Since the software is local-first, we do not have the ability to remotely disable existing local installations, but support and updates will be ceased.

4. No Warranty

The software is provided without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the software will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.

5. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
